The values calculation is based on a database of popular international recipes and a unique Israeli database containing dishes from the Israeli kitchen.

myBite's recommendation is based on personal data, lifestyle, and your specific goals.

The app will allow you to make the right choices for you and get a complete picture of your nutrition habits compared to the recommended nutrition for you.
